2008年6月獲得理學(xué)博士學(xué)位;同年8月赴美國弗吉尼亞理工學(xué)院暨州立大學(xué)(Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University)化學(xué)系從事博士后研究。2009年12月回國,加入中國科學(xué)院理化技術(shù)研究所工作至今。長期從事碳納米材料、生物功能材料、聚合物發(fā)光材料在生物醫(yī)學(xué)與環(huán)境健康領(lǐng)域中的基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用研究。近年來,在Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Advanced Sciencec, Biomaterials, Nano Letters等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文120余篇,總他引超過9000次。申請國際和國內(nèi)發(fā)明專利共14項,其中已授權(quán)9項(含1項歐盟國際專利)。
1.納米材料在腫瘤診療中的應(yīng)用
聚焦富勒烯、碳量子點等新型納米材料在腫瘤靶向輸送、光熱/光動力治療、藥物控釋等方面的應(yīng)用,開展材料結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)控、表面功能化修飾及腫瘤診療機制研究。
2.光催化技術(shù)在綠色化學(xué)合成中的基礎(chǔ)問題研究
探索光催化納米材料在溫和條件下驅(qū)動高附加值有機化學(xué)品合成的機制與路徑,發(fā)展新型高效光催化劑。
3.醫(yī)療機構(gòu)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生消毒材料與技術(shù)開發(fā)
針對醫(yī)療環(huán)境中耐藥菌傳播和生物污染問題,研發(fā)具有廣譜抗菌活性和低毒性的新型消毒材料(如光催化殺菌納米材料),并評估其在不同醫(yī)院環(huán)境條件下的實際效果與安全性。
