2021年加入理化所吳驪珠院士團(tuán)隊(duì)工作至今,獲2021年度國(guó)家高層次人才計(jì)劃資助。2016-2021年德國(guó)維爾茨堡大學(xué)洪堡學(xué)者。2012年于山西煤化所獲博士學(xué)位,獲中國(guó)科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)。
致力于光化學(xué)合成的研究,包括過(guò)渡金屬、有機(jī)分子光催化有機(jī)合成,以及含硼有機(jī)化合物的設(shè)計(jì)合成及光催化應(yīng)用等,在Chem. Rev.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、ACS Catal.等SCI期刊發(fā)表論文40余篇,合作出版Willey專著一部。
